You could call 1-800-VERIZON and have customer service look at your invoice.
or you can look at your own invoice and see what the $20 difference in service is.
it maybe your discounts ran out, which people don’t realize do expire within 1-2 years.
but Fios does explain on the invoice what expires and when.
if that is not a issue then it just could have been a general price increase. But call or look at your invoice to find out.
