I would like to know from someone if Verizon bills you a month in advance for service. I am getting so frustrated with this company, can't get answers, have been flat out lied to and it could go on. I was told we pay for our service a month in advance, is this the case. Thanks!
Yes for most things its a month in advance. Obviously does not include extras like long distance charges(if not on unlimited), movies purchased etc.
Verizon is incapable of simply answering a question...probably because no one there understands their own billing system.
It seems that they bill the Telephone, TV, and Internet ONE MONTH BEHIND, and the Equipment ONE MONTH AHEAD. Hope this helps.
