Verizon cuts off access to your past billing history when you cancel services, but you still have access to some MyVerizon pages.

I am still puzzled at all the billing that was imposed by Vz around my cancellation time. Now I can't view any of the old bills to see if I paid a bill for the next month and whether I have any refunds pending. I can't select any past bill date under my login. I can't open any bill pages from the previous email bill notifications (so much for the "green" paper-free billing - it's done specifically to keep you in the dark if things go sour, you will not have any proof about details of the bill!!!)

I am being spammed by new bills from Vz now, which look weird. Also, people here say that Vz bills for the next month. So, I cancelled service in the middle of November, but Vz charged $120 on Nov. 25 and it was taken from my credit card.

Perhaps that's because you are no longer a subscriber.  Access to billing and subscriber services are, strangely enough, limited to subscribers.

Paperless billing is an option, and from what you've written it's an option you chose.  It's a little late to change your mind after canceling services.

Maybe you should check the definition of "spam."  When a company you owe money to sends you an invoice, that's not spam.  It's called an invoice.

Paper free billing eliminates the paper.  It only keeps you in the dark if you choose to be in dark!  I use paper free billing for most bills.  Every month I log into my account, view my bill, download and save a PDF copy of the bill.  Thus far every company I've seen who offers paper free billing also offers the ability to view and download the bill.
