Verizon email

I am totally discussed with Verizon's email. I get a lot of email messages and do not go out every day to clean them up. When I do go to my email account to view my messages, I sort the messages by name. I delete the old messages in this manner. Unfortunately, when I do, my email messages that I want to keep, are deleted and messages that I want to delete must be deleted sometimes twice.

What is with Verizon that I cannot do this?

I also do not want some of the companies sending me messages and put them in Spam Detector expecting them to be flagged and not to be sent messages from these companies again. But I still get them on a regular basis.  I'm not sure if Spam Detector is what I am suppose to be using. I do not want to go to each website to unsubscribe. I was told this is not a good thing to do, that companies get your email and know it is valid, then send even more garbage you do not want.

Hmm...we're not experiencing that problem, but for whatever reason you're having, I'd suggest calling

local FiOS store and see what they say.

Another thing to keep in mind is that you can go to the top of this page and manage your email pretty

   easily too.

   Good luck!
