Six years ago I closed off an account paid the last bill and returned devices to store. I have been on the phone everyday for hours on the phone with verizon even got ahold of there wireless executive team and has denied to help several times. Verizon now has my account Their recovery reflecting negative information on my credit due to those accounts and will not remove from credit! I even offered to pay off the balances on the account taking responsibility for my failure to have receive a receipt that day and still they deny and refuse to delete from report even though I trusted the verizon store to do there job properly that day!
