Verizon service question

First, I have been a customer since 1976, and Verizon doesn't care. I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to get help with my bad internet service. But, still no help.  The help you do get is usually located in India and all they want you to do is"upgrade" to a more expensive plan. We cannot get Vios, becase the promised upgrade NEVER happended. But I am told you can get enhanced...............what a joke.  You pay more but you only get increased speeds on the weekend (esp later on Sunday nights).  I should be getting .50 to 1 but I only get .38 and sometime .74 mbps. LOL.

In order to get the enhanced you pay more and then you maybe get 1 or just a tiny bit over (should get 1-3). When you call for help...OMG India again.....then you try the online option...India again.....they want you to upggrade to the 3-5 speed..lol,lol.  They will sell it to you but you will NEVER get anywhere near this speed. If you try it will mess up your internet (it happened to me-it shut my internet service off).  Tryed getting help again....yep, back to India again. No help there it's just a vicious circle.Ihope to live long for AT&T or anyone else to suppy good service to our area of Cove/Beach City Texas (me and just about everyone else on my stree).  I hate Verizon!

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
