Logged into my account today and saw that Verizon is trying to bill me twice the usual amount. What the hell?
I didn't buy or order anything or made any changes to my account. I've been with Verizon for several years and now the bill shows ridiculous charges under Services/Equipment and Fees and other Charges. Is this supposed to be some Black friday deal or what?
