I have and order in to return a box and get another one and untill this order is complete I cannot change or edit my tv plan, phone plan or anything like that!!!!!!!!!!! makes no sense to me. I had no problem doing it with Directv.

I disagree - his comments are about an example of what routinely does not work on this site - therefore the website stinks! I'd like to add the the At Home Serivce is complete joke as well! Nothing works on it and I can't even open a feedback form to comment!!
Maybe if Verizon spent a few dollars on their product instead of the mass of advertising there would be something worthwhile to deal with. Not this vapor of a poor service!
