Hello - you may currently have limited access on the home/overview page which means in order to enjoy all of the benefits of full access you need to press "Continue" to upgrade.
After selecting "Continue" on the home/overview page or within many of the links, you will be asked to request a PIN or enter a PIN. You'll need to request a PIN first which can be delivered by a call to your home phone or by US Mail.
Once the PIN is received, you can then enter the PIN and you'll be upgraded to full access.
