Viewing Charges Online

The closing date for my bill is the 15th of each month. The bill currently online for viewing is for the period ending on August 15th. I would like to view charges added after August 15th, but I can not find them anywhere online. The reason I am interested in this is because I had difficulty with a VOD purchase (made after August 15th) and requested that the charge be removed from my bill. The CSR said it would be removed, but I would like to verify. If there is a problem, I would like to have it resolved prior to the release of my next bill on September 15th. Any help on this will be appreciated. Thanks.
