I was also promised a $300 visa gift card for switching from Comcast to Verizon bundle. The saleswoman said I would also get free dvr for life. I made the switch in January 2012 and was told I would receive the gift card after 60 days of service. My husband and I have been waiting and decided that since it was now May we needed to contact Verizon. We were told that it was either one or the other not both. We were given false information by the saleswoman and I want what was promised to me. I see that so many others are having the same problem. This is unfair- what should I do?
