I cancelled Comcast and was excited about getting a better service. First mistake.
June 3rd was my original activation date.. when my service was supposed to start.
It's June 18th and I finally received a call saying that a tech was on their way out to help me with my activation. But I'm so over Verizon I told them not to bother.. and I cancelled my service before it even got installed.
I have had nothing but problems with this company. Terrible customer service. The people who help on the forums aren't bad..
It really irritated me that several of the customer service reps who called me were calling from the Phillipines.. why not employ people in the US??
I'd rather have no internet and no phone and no tv than deal with this company. Sorry to sound so negative but that's just what kind of experience ive had.
im sure that after i return the equipment ill receive something in the mail stating that I didnt return them..
