Another one of these posts... I am able to log in, but when I click on "manage internet services"... I get "We encountered an error while processing your request. Please try again later." additionally, if I were to click on "Change my internet plan"... it loads up to a page with "Mix and Match Fios" in the background with 3 fading dots... and it sits there. Yes I have used Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge, in both regular and icognito, private, etc and the myfios app. all the same result. Yes I have cleared cache and data. Same issue. I have tried another laptop and same issue. I believe this is an account issue. someone please help.. ive went through 4 reps and 2 phone calls and noone can help me with this issue
