Signed up for $75 gift card through the referral program more than 3 months ago. Neither my referring friend nor I received anything and it is almost April! Through one chat the rep said she is re-ordering it, as I told her that was one of the reasons I signed up with Fios, since am on fixed income. Since then I called and chatted and was basically told, I'm out of luck. Nothing is in the system, must have been a system error. Not even a supervisor offered any kind of restitution. Very disappointed!! Why advertise and lure customers over, only to disappoint them? Once the contract is up, I will look elsewhere!
