I had issues with Verizon customer service who offerred fios without contract. when i cancelled they charged the ETF. I had to fight several months and finally came to adjustment with payment.
When I applied for a credit card, i was declined since my verizon account was charged off. Finally this is what they gave it to me. I would never evey suggest or buy Verizon. Horrible service, not able to reach a customer service with single call.. it routes to 100 different areas and no answer finally..
If i send a mail, i get this response. But no where i can see my mail in my account. How to communicate with Verizon. Is this like a trap once we get the service.
Please escalate this to CEO see how things are running and making money out from customers.
