Over the past 3 hours I have tried numerous times to get a temporary pin via text and phone and have yet to receive anything. This basically means that Verizon is providing zero customer support via the web, so why do they even bother pretending that you can actually do anything on their site.
I have the same issue with them ALL the time. Every time I try to log in to my account it tells me it's invalid and that I need to re-set, so I try to, but end up trying to get a pin 7098080980980980809890 times. **bleep** is with this complete lack of customer service?
Where, exactly, are you trying to log in? MyVerizon? Someplace else? Maybe a url would help. I'll try to get you to the right place, but could use a little more detail.
