Where's my refund?

Hello,

 

I want to ask when can I get my refund. About a month ago, I ordered an internet service but the technician never showed up and I kept getting rescheduled for different dates. So, I got really mad and and cancelled the installation and service as well. It took me about 20 phone calls to make this happen and the person who helped me cancel the service said that I will be refunded the $250 I paid. He said that it would take a week to process but the money never showed up in my account. And it has been more than 3 weeks from then.

I would appreciate it a lot if I can get my money back.
