My husband and I had a fios account years ago. When it first hit his credit report we were told that it was so high due to equipment. Once equipment was returned we expected that amount to be reduced but it wasn't. I tried calling several times but the service people have not one clue what they are talking about. I then gave up on fixing it because it was a waste of my time. Now it had popped up again. Higher then it was originally and I am beyond fed up with these business practices. I need a direct number to whoever handles these accounts so that this can be settled. Does anyone know who to contact?
