I used to be able to manage my account on the website. Since Verizon has changed their site, I can view email and, of course, pay my bill - but that's it! I can't see what channels I am subscribed to, change or add services - NOTHING. I keep getting a screen saying to call in. I WORK ALL DAY. I can't call in as regularly as I would like, to find out that I am subscribed to (and paying for) EPIX (which I never signed up for). I try to get an online chat, but cannot - and when I try to send an email through the site I get errors saying not to use certain characters - WHICH ARE NOT IN THE EMAIL! This website is a piece of garbage - It should be closed down and the old site should be brought back online. I have always RAVED about Verizon's service, I can't do that anymore.
It's been a bear to get anywhere on the website, until I found the "I want to" section in black. It's on the left side under the red banner at the top. Once logged in though I can do all of the following pretty easy. It gives quick links.
