Why is it so hard to get a code for my $100.00 self install promotional merchant card!!!!!

I self-installed my set-top box because Verizon contractor or whatever said" I would get $100 gift card after 90days.

however, Verizon never send gift card or email.

If the 90 days have passed, have you called customer service to ask about your card?
