You have the guy's phone number and email. Why not just contact him directly rather than hiding it on a difficult to find private message board?

There is a procedure to follow for getting support from the agents. That must be followed in order to resolve any issues.

They are still doing this to me since 5/2021 when they said the account was closed. I'm still getting billed monthly, I keep calling in to correct things, and nothing gets done. I sense a lack of merit, no common sense, they hate their customers, and lots of greed from Verizon.
