Why you charge me second time for my old router ?
I bought a new router in September 2015 and then paid three months of payment.
In November 2017 I moved and signed a new agreement with faster internet.
Technican team who installed my new services said my previous router is good and I do not need a new one and took it back , but verizon adds a new payment for the router to my account.
I called the call center twice and no one wants to help me , they see the problem and promise to solve it but it never happens. Again I received a bill with an additional fee for the router !!
This issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent.
