I just wanted to thank Miss Elbridge. She was absolutely wonderful when I spoke with her on 6/23/11. My phone services were shut off due to an electronic error (that I had no control over). I had spoken with two other people before her (including a supervisor), I have quite a few medical conditions, had already worked out a payment plan & paid the payment on the correct day. The two women before Miss Elbridge were rude and just flat out refused to help in any way. So again, THANK YOU!
matthew helped me out in setting up an appt for the techs to come out and take their box off my house. He too was real nice NOT like the other reps I've been dealing with for the last 2 weeks .. they need to fire all the rude nasty ones
