Worst Customer Service ever

Had FIOS triple plan up until Friday, came home from work paid my bill only to find I no longer had services other then a phone that I don't use other then for the package price of having all 3 services.  Was told sorry your service should be restore in 2 to 4 hours and now here it is Monday and bout 20 phones calls later I still have no service. But they send me boxes after I receive and email telling that I requested to return my FOIS equipment and they would be sending the boxes to  return the equipment in 30 days or be  charged for it. No one can answer your and if they do they can't do anything and they transfer to someone else that can't help you and then they transfer for you to another line that tells you their on strike or now they are closed after you were trying for the last 3 hours to get a whole of someone that can assisted you. But I clearly am still being charge for services I no longer have according to my bill. Then phone service tell you go online and when you go to live chat they tell you need to talk with someone that is either can't answer your call do to a strike or the office is now closed call back tomorrow.

Agree!!!   Have had problems in my neighborhood w/ Verizon for years.   Have been without phone service off and on most of the summer.  Reported it the 15th and was told maybe it will be fixed by the 30th.  Customer service is worse now that the management has taken over the phones, the woman today actually laughed when I complained!!   Another thing, no Verizon internet service where I live and guess I am glad as this site loads so slow that it certainly is not a good example of their internet service!    I keep a land line as my cell is private and I want to keep it that way.  I do not use Verizon wireless and now I never will!  Have been searching for another phone co for years but nothing else available in my rural area which seems to be why Verizon doesn't care about their lousy service in my neighborhood!

bklyngal141 and countrygal, I am sorry for your difficulties.  For your situation, you can try using the Verizon Troubleshooter report and try to fix issues with your Verizon phone, FiOS TV, or Internet service, as well as to schedule a repair.
