Trying to pay my bill online and it keeps cycling back. Trying to use a debit card to pay, and it defaults to wanting me to put in my checking account information. Threatened to turn off my service when we never received our first or second bill.
A debit card is a direct draw on your checking account. That's why the want the default reverts to checking account.
Paper billing still works for me. No headaches.
