Hi I renewed my 2-yr Fios contract on 07/16/2019 by chatting with the representative. However, I RECEIVED A EARLY TERMINATION BILL after one week and I found that the service was stopped without any notices to me and also my account was closed without any authentication by me.


This contact obviously was not terminated by myself so how can I waive this early termination fee?
