Wrong account number on website

Hi.  You have my old account number listed on the website.  I moved to a new address and set up a new account under the same email address.  I was sent a physical bill with my new account number listed on it.  Is there any way to update the website with my new account number?  I Cannot pay my bill.  Please help.  This is extremely frustrating.
