Someone has used my e-mail address for their account. I've clicked the "If you are not the intended recipient and feel you have received this email in error, please click here to notify us." but it's just generic support.
Any idea how to tell Verizon to fix this? This is the second time in as many months someone's used my account. I'd block verizon's e-mail, but since I'm a customer, I get the messages about my account to.
In case you're reading this whoever used my e-mail addres (Your Verizon Wireless Account Number ending with {edited for privacy}), Your current Verizon Wireless bill statement is now available

The only fix is to post in the support forums and find someone to message privately?
That's quite obtuse.
I've sent you a message with the latest e-mail. Looks like my doppleganger is past due on his account...maybe because he's not getting e-mail alerts?

Got a slightly creepy response from bosslady85 but with no real verification of anything. She stated "Your email address was removed from the other parties account." however I'm pretty sure I haven't given her my address or the information about the "other account"
I don't believe I've publicly given any information either, which makes me wonder what happened.

You should PM bosslady and ask her for an explanation of what was done, and how it was accomplished.

I did. However, with the response rate I've had, I thought bumping this thread might speed up the process.
