Yeh.. and monkeys might fly out of my butt!  

What agent....a virtual one?  And if you can ever speak with someone...be prepared to take a day off for hold times.

Verizon has the worst...and I mean the worst customer service and loyalty to customers I have EVER seen from a corporate company.  

I picture myself in a commercial with retired people in the background and children playing as to how much they really care.
