I'm now 5 calls in and 2 responses from this blog and all I've ask for is a phone call back to discuss my billing issues and I can't get anyone @ verizon to call me......3 of my calls in I was assured of a call back from management to go over my bill.....I've got 4hrs of my time invested in this so whats that worth? I make 35.00 hrs so is it fair to deduct that from my next bill not to mention the fact that the bill is incorrect in the first place. anyone know of a back door way into management from this company??
