Received the email of redemption but couldnt find the link of where to redeem it! Seeing tons of people having the same issue, wondering if any of them had actually solved this problem? Called in and being transfer to different people waiting for hours and couldnt get a result back ! i was supposed to redeem my on 12/20 and now it's nearly 1/13 ...
