Well I never recieved my echo or prime codes been since december 23 , I have called verizon multiple times they promised to fix it and still have not, so I will cancel my contract and never deal with verizon again and I will be glad to get rid of them.they are the worst customer servioce i have ever dealt with with anybody or anything ever in my life.goodbye and good riddince.
