ON APR 23 2014 THE SUPV AT THE CUST SER CENTER AGREED TO A SET AMT FOR MY VER FOIS CHARGES & BILL AMT. THIS STUCK FOR AWHILE THEN THE BILL STARTED TO CREEP HIGHER EACH MONTH AND THEY WOULD SAY THERE WAS NO NOTES IN THE HISTORY OF AGREEMENT. THEY LIE, AND DECIEVE THERE SENIOR AND DISABLED CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!
Have the same issue. I signed up for a 2 year plan and suddenly I got an email that they're changing my plan and my bill is going up $50! So angry. If I changed my plan during a 2 year contract, I would have to pay a fee, why can they just change things?
