Approached by a FIOS rep in the Verizon Wireless Store....told I could cut my cable/internet/phone service almost in half by switching to FIOS.  Switched in November and have gone through three billing cycles.  First of all, not paying half, but MORE than my other service.  Second, have had to call FIOS with each billing cycle to have them amend "errors" to the bill.

Last month they credited me $76 in errors.  All billing reps are helpful, however, I should not have to call each month.
