How in the name of GOD do you get anyone in management to call you back in this company??? I'm on my 4th atttempt with an incorrect bill that the phone in person is unable to correct for me but they always blow me off when I'm told a management person will call me back....am i missing something here???

I'm sorry you are having difficulty. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.
