I am sick and tired of logging on to Verizon every time I try to open Verizon...I used tio be able to log on for 2 weeks but since I let a Verizon tech set up my connection I have to log on all the time......THIS IS RIDICULOUS....CHANGE THIS SITUATION FOR ME OR I GO ELSEWHERE..........I have been a customer for many years and every since you people dropped MSN and took over THIS PROBLEM has been going on....DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT OR FIRE THE SITE ADMINISTRATOR......your excuse is that is for our security......{word filter avoidance} ...thats what we have McAfee for.

If you are having an issue with your Verizon service, you can use the Verizon Troubleshooter to fix and report issues with your Verizon Phone, FiOS TV, or Internet Service, as well as to schedule a repair, here is the link:
