So they closed my message stated it was resolved.  It was NOT resolved.  My service was turned off for no reason.  Its been off since Monday and its still off.  Why do I have to wait for a supervisor to call me?  Just fix the problem or put a supervisor on the phone.  I owe nothing on my bill.  There is no reason to turn my service off.  If there is a cliche in your system just say so.  If you don't know what your doing say so.  Treat my like a new customer.  Just turn my service back on.  If you can't find a reason why you turn it off I should not have to suffer why you investigate.  Turn it on why you look in to it.  Have you done this to other people?

Your private support case is still showing as "In progress".  It has not been resolved.  Please keep all communication regarding your support case on the private support thread with the agent that's handling your case.

Thank you.
