my service was not working for a couple days. while on the phone with a repair person, i was asked to reset the computer, therefore loosing all my registration information, account information, etc. a repair person came to my house today due to the service having problems with the wiring. now, i am trying to register to my verizon account and have found that it is non-existent. i am trying to reset an account with the same name but for some strange reason i am still having difficulty. especially e-mail. i believe that i have lost all my e-mails. is there anything that can be done about this?
