Haves anyone ever tried to cancel services online???????. It's like typing to the air.

I'm being charged for services that aren't even working. Why didn't I know????
Because it's a P.O.A. account in another town. The person couldn't tell me if something was working or not. I presumed it was up and running, the money was being paid faithfully each month.
One would think Verion or Direct T.V. would know if an electronic service is being used???
I have tryed to cancel, cancel, cancel...................
