extra charges on the bill , Verizon customer service rude and unprofessional .

Verizon was my phone carrier and I had lifeline , the lifeline app needed to be renewed

I asked lifeline numerous times for the application it never came in the mail. But I did

get a bill from Verizon and paid it . Then I received a threat from customer service that I would

be cut off even though my bills were paid , because lifeline was not active they sent me a bill

of  $303. Dollars I have a new service for $14.95 with long distance I have never been happier

with my new service ,Verizon will not get another cent from me and try putting that $303 in collections

I will see you in the attorney generals office . I have receipts of every monthly payments I sent your office.

SHAME ON YOU VERIZON , YOUR SERVICE IS POOR ,CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN NO LONGER

THREATEN TO SHUT ME OFF AGAIN , POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ,  I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE

DUMPING YOUR SERVICE ALL OF MY FRIENDS ARE DUMPING YOU  FOR BEING SO PUSHY

AND SO GREEDY .Woman Very Happy . BYE BYE VERIZON.
