for 5 months now I have tried to get a realistic price quote from verizon billing support and every month my bill is higher than they quote me on the phone. They even agree I was told a price but either it was a customer support mistake they would not live up to, or it was a mis-understanding of what I wanted, or the taxes and fees are just estimated and cannot be caculated. When I ask for a quote in writing they refuse saying they have good phone notes they can check back on but when I call they have no record of anything in the notes that support my view, only notes that back them up. I wish I had never signed back up for a two year commitment and could switch to comcast, only agreed to the two year term based on a price quote during a call and the bill has been much higher than quoted and they will not live up to their promises.
