As it stands now I cannot access all my accounts with one logon - my fios account has a logon for My Verizon that just shows my fios acct into and my Verizon wireless has an account that just shows the wireless info - isn't there a way short of creating a whole new account to link the 2 so I don't have to go to verizon wireless to view my wireless info - has anyone else successfully added their wireless acount to their fios my verizon?

I feel your pain, have been getting the customer service run around for a couple of weeks. You go through the automated system, finally get a real person, only to find out they can't help you. Then you get put on hold forever or even better you get disconnected.

I don't know if this will help you but this WAS my situation. I had not been able to access my residential bill for at least one month in the way I had done for years. I could log on w/ my user name but could not view my bill (onebill, I have phone, wireless, directv & internet). The main screen would show my cell and I could view that bill but under my services it only showed internet. Every time I clicked on view bill, pay bill, etc, I was asked to sign in. Duh, I'm already signed in.... So today I decided to try chatting w/ verizon. After 45 min on verizon chat... I was told my user name was wrong.. geez after years how could that be. They had my user name as the id I use for email login (which I don't do since I use an email program). Well, I signed in using my email ID and password and there is my account. Evidently verizon combined everything to the id you use for email and I missed the email. Try logging in that way.
