Hi everyone, I am hoping for some help. I consider myself tech savy, but I for the life of me can't find some features I could on the old verizon.com.
For starters, I can't find the link to manage my broadband and essentials add ons. These were the extra storage and internet secruity bundles.
I also can't find the information for the verizon wifi hotspot information.
There also used to be a way to reset or health check your stbs but I can't find that either.
I've looked aruond the site for at least half an hour and can't fidn these. All I ask is someone point me in the right direction.

I think Verizon uses the grocery store approach to their site design. Constantly move things around so customers can't find what they want. The more you have to look, the more you look at something you aren't interested in. I wonder how many users get sucked into those ads and buy a movie they wouldn't have bought if they could simply do what they wanted and leave.
