anyone else having trouble updating address via account profile? after forced to click continue to see records or kicked back--what a weird legal obligation posed by a website for a request that should not involve their agents, I get the following:

We are experiencing a temporary problem and can't continue your order at this time.
Please try again later.
note: this is no longer a temporary, by my definition of temporary--days.
I have had it trying to get things accomplished via the phone to fios, so some word would be appreciated. the site gives the impression I can change my address with a happy little link called change associated with address.
