my 300 minutes to 300 countries plan

I am very frustrated that the balance left on my 300 minutes is not updated daily. This month, it shows a usage of 288 minutes. It was updated on 11/10/2010 and today is 11/14/2010. I do not let anybody place any international phone calls until it resets to 0.

Where do you go to view how many international minutes you have used? I can't seem to find it...

just solved - reason for not seeing minutes is very simple - you don't have international plan on your account. Thanks to Verizon billing system who dropped your international plan from account. Call rep asap to restore your plan - otherwise you will be charged $$$.
