Hello,

I am requesting that someone contact me regarding my Fios bill.  Currently, I am considering  suspending  my service with Verizon.  For many years, I  have watch  my bill  as it escalates.  My bill reflect some services that are never used. I would like to explore my option before I make the switch. Furthermore, I never gave Verizon the permission to extend my contract, which is due to expire in three months.
