need address for sending proof of double payment

I paid twice last month in April when the account site was one big nightmare ,I have called billing 9 times ,when i talk to the people at the 1-800-837-4966 #  they see where i double paid but when i called 1-304-954-6300 billing dept they tell me no i did not .I  am getting proof from my bank that it was paid twice .I would like an address to where i can send my proof that  verizon was paid double so i can get the credit i am owed.

Customers do need to get in touch directly with a payment agent to get the correct process for submitting proof of payment.

Instead of calling in, you can always chat directly with an agent at:

 http://www22.verizon.com/content/ContactUs/

To get to the correct department choose these categories:  Phone Service>Billing>Get Help With AN Overdue Bill.

Sent Proff Of Payment To VZW proofofpayment-No Results

For some reason, my Verizon wireless payment on my One Bill Account cannot be found by anyone at Verizon.  I sent proof of purchase where I was instructed, VZWproofofpayment@verizonwireless.com and is told there is no such email address.  My online bill is still showing the amount I paid as unpaid and also assessing me a late payment fee.

I had spoken to 6 Verizon representatives and number 6 was the only one who told me to send the proff to that email address.  Still have not changed my bill, however.

Verizon Customer Service is the most frustrating experience !!!!
