need full access on verizon.com to view last month's bill

Hi, 

I am trying to get full access of MY ACCOUNT on verizon.com. Everytime I try to get a temporary code, it freezes and won't send me anything. I need to view last month's bill, but verizon.com only lets me see my current bill unless I get "full access." Can someone figure out how to solve this issue. Can a Verizon employee please email me a temporary code? Everytime I have called, I've been disconnected or transferred to a number that doesn't exist.

Sorry you are having difficulty gaining full access to your account online. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.
