I can't find anything on verizon.net on how to cancel my service without saying I'm moving. I will be moving soon but my new place already has internet, so I don't need to carry it over. I tried the live chat and the "email us" option but they aren't available and I don't have a phone right now. Can somebody PLEASE help me?
