I am having the same issue as this forum: https://forums.verizon.com/t5/My-Verizon-Account/Verizon-quot-reactivate-service-quot/td-p/860862

 

Now it is acting like a pop-up and keeps opening in a new window when I try to access certain web pages (i.e. my garage door opener website).  I also just moved into a new house and have spent at least three hours on the phone with Verizon tech support - each time they think it is fixed, but happens again after I hang up.  Also, already confirmed that no issues with billing...
